At Study.com, our quest is to make education fun again.
 
At the same time, we’re working to lower the barriers to education by making our courses flexible and affordable. In addition to providing content to help with this, we want to give our users access to customer support representatives who can answer their questions along the way.

About Our Customer Support Representatives

We’re looking for passionate customer support representatives who can help our users. Our ideal contract customer support representative is creative, collaborative and responsive.
Are you proficient in English, including reading and writing?
Do you have experience providing customer support?
Are you able to provide timely responses to users?
