• Prepare a wide variety of local and international dishes, cakes, desserts and bread.
• Create and renew menus and entertaining plans
• Estimate food requirements and prepare a shopping list
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Certification in culinary arts
• 3 years experience as a chef
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition.
• Updated police record
• Must be able to work flexible hours
