Job Summary The incumbent wit have responsibility to provide administrative and secretarial support for the staff of the Falmouth Branch Office. The ideal candidate should have: Specific Knowledge, Qualification and Experience • Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent with two (2) years experience, or • CPS with five (5) GCE/CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics and three (3) years secretarial experience • Sound knowledge of administrative and office procedures • Knowledge of computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel • Sound knowledge of file management techniques Required Skills and Specialised Techniques • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats • Expert typing and speedwriting skills • Sound minute taking and minute preparation skills • Expert telephone techniques • Excellent customer service skills • Sound word processing and database software skills Applications with Curriculum Vitae should be sent no later than September 8, 2010 to: The Chief Business Partner Human Resource Management 12 Ocean Boulevard, Kingston Mall, Jamaica W.I.
