LIME is looking for a result-driven, business-oriented individual to fill the position of: SSC Accounting and Reporting Team Leader

Purpose of the role: The primary function of the Shared Services Centre (SSC) Accounting and Reporting Team Leader is to ensure that all financial statements are completed based on agreed timelines and standards, and accordingly maintain efficiency, integrity and controls of the reporting process. Minimum Experience and Qualification: • A bachelor's degree (finance preferred) • Accounting qualification preferred • At least 3 years relevant experience of working in financial accounting • SAP experience preferred • Experience of acting in a management or supervisory capacity Key Accountabilities and Deliverables: • Plan and manage the Accounting and Reporting Team to provide financial reporting services to countries in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA), corporate and statutory GAAP reporting standards. These services will typically comprise • Preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly reporting packs and supporting working papers • Management of GL accounts including reconciliations and postings not covered by other teams • Plan and manage performance improvements through facilitation in: sharing of knowledge and best practice; identifying problems & solutions and implementing change • Manage and develop the team through: development and use of performance data; facilitation of team meetings; skills development of team • Participate in service management reviews with peers to ensure that service meets objectives Interested persons should submit a resume along with a cover letter no later than September 3, 2010 to hr@time4lime.com. |
