This will involve taking advantage of new innovations, creating an empowered and motivated workforce and adopting a customer-centric approach to business. New vision and mission statements and core values have also been developed to guide the members of staff of the Victoria Mutual Group (VM Group) in achieving these objectives.

Special Programmes

Joint Work Study Programme

The Society offers a Joint Work-Study Programme with the University of Technology (UTech). Students who participate in this Programme have the opportunity to be later recruited as full time members of staff within the organisation. Through interaction with the staff and customers, students have experienced growth in their personal development as they put the lessons learnt at UTech into practice.
