IN 1990 while working in Ocho Rios, on Jamaica’s North Coast, Deborah Cumming recognized the need for a reputable real estate company to offer top-class customer service to clients who wanted to buy, sell or rent quality properties in the Jamaican market. It was at that time she founded the real estate company CENTURY 21 Heave-Ho Properties. Since its inception, Deborah Cumming has been combining her savvy industry insights with first-world customer service to make her one of the top brokers in the Jamaican real-estate industry. After eight years of solid performances and a proud track record, Cumming took her operations one rung higher in 1998 by acquiring the local franchise of CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation, with operations in over 50 countries. Her firm was renamed CENTURY 21 Heave-Ho Properties, and it quickly soared to the top tier of CENTURY 21 franchises in the Caribbean.
She has won CENTURY 21's prestigious individual Centurion Award on four occasions (in 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2005), and in 2007 her company and its 45 sales associates celebrated winning the Centurion company award, ranking second among 13 Caribbean countries. Deborah Cumming remains passionate about standards in the real estate industry and continues to be involved in policymaking and monitoring bodies in the sector, as second vice-president of the Realtors' Association of Jamaica. Cumming and the CENTURY 21 Heave-Ho Properties sales team are intent on moving the real estate sector in Jamaica to unprecedented levels by offering a comprehensive range of real-estate services coupled with an unparalleled level of customer service. |
